Running an Event:

If you run a game at Rock-Con 2008, you get into the show for free that day. Limit one judge badge per event. Additional judge badges will be granted at the games coordinator's discretion and must be requested prior to the convention. Once your event is registered and accepted, then listed here on the website, you can count on getting into the show for free that day. Remember this when registering over on the player registration page. Only buy those days that you're not getting in for free! You can register your games on line using the event pre-registration button to the left or email our events coordinator at rockcongames@aol.com . Events must be registered by October 7th to make it into the program book. If you do not see your game on the events listing email us at rockcongames@aol.com for confirmation.

Open Gaming from 2 pm until 6 pm
Slot 1 from 7 pm until 11 pm
Saturday -
Slot 2 from 9 am until 1 pm
Slot 3 from 2 pm until 6 pm
Slot 4 from 7 pm until 11 pm
Sunday -
Slot 5 from 9 am until 1 pm
Slot 6 from 2 pm until 5 pm
